Althea williams

My name is Althea Williams and I have been employed at PGHCC since November 2015, first as a substitute teacher, and now as a full-time teacher in the Toddler room. I am married and I have two children. I am originally from the Caribbean Island Jamaica where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at The Mico University. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for twenty-three years; I truly enjoy my career and strive to continuously advance my knowledge. After arriving in Canada, I have been certified as a Level 3 (ECE) and look forward to completing my masters at Mount Saint Vincent University in the same area of study. Some of the greatest benefits of working at PGHCC is the diversity of children, families and staff, as well as the commitment to provide quality childcare in a safe and healthy environment.
